This is the first competition in Japan exclusively by Bolshoi Ballet Academy with the jury composed of current faculty members and former graduates of the Academy working in the world of professional ballet.
As the world develops and we lose the connection with classical art forms and tradition of discipline and absolute beauty, we will bring a 250 years old tradition of classical dance along with its methods of creating a young artist.
We have practiced ballet teaching and dancing for 250 years with world wide success and recognition.
By coming to Japan, Bolshoi Ballet Academy wishes to extend its knowledge to all the classical ballet lovers in Japan.
このコンクールは、ボリショイ・バレエ・アカデミー単独による日本初のコンクールであり、審査員はプロのバレエ界で活躍する卒業生や同アカデミーの現役教員で構成されています。世界の発展と共に古典芸術の形式や規律と絶対的な美とのつながりが希薄になる中、私たちは250年にわたる古典舞踊の伝統を、若い芸術家を生み出すその手法と共に伝えていきます。 250 年という長い歴史のバレエ指導とダンスの実践で、世界的な成功と評価を得てきました。 ボリショイバレエアカデミーの来日で、その知識を日本のクラシックバレエを愛する全ての方に広めたいと願っています。
